The SME El Noble, known for the production of criollo empanadas, welcomed six European ambassadors and the EU representative, Amador Sánchez Rico, to commemorate Europe Day. During the event, FSSC 22000 (food safety) and SMETA (ethics and sustainability) certifications were celebrated, allowing them to enter the European market.
The tour of the European ambassadors and the EU representative through El Noble's facilities included conveyor belts, freezing chambers, and traceability controls that comply with European standards. The visit culminated in a tasting of different dishes interpreted with a criollo touch.
The CEO of Delicias Argentinas, Gaspard Hambuckers, highlighted the importance of receiving European representatives as recognition of the constant and serious work the company does, which has opened the doors to demanding markets like Europe.
El Noble, which initially had a small location, has expanded its operations and currently exports to countries like Chile, Uruguay, and Paraguay. With the FSSC 22000 and SMETA certifications, the company will be able to market its frozen products in the EU without additional obstacles.
The visit of the European ambassadors was part of the official agenda of the European Union Delegation with the aim of strengthening commercial and cultural ties with Argentina. El Noble concluded Europe Day with an eye on a future where its presence in the European market is consolidated.
